Logistics Coordinator (Router)

As a Router, you will help our technicians and customers with the efficacy of our daily services. You will be optimizing the technician’s routes throughout the day. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to both technicians and customers regarding any changes to the routes. You will help facilitate technician requests using inbound calls. We are looking for problem solvers. To succeed in this position, you will need to work well in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and great service is essential.
