Customer Service Representative (CSR)
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the voice of the company for our customers and the problem solvers. You will be receiving incoming calls and making outbound calls. In these calls you will be scheduling appointments, inputting payment information, and optimizing the technician’s routes. You will also be handling customer complaints by listening to understand and providing solutions and alternatives to their concerns. To succeed in this position, you will need to work well in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and great service is essential.
